Lea Bridge Station to Re-Open?

In Jennette Arnold's report this month there's hopeful news about local rail services:


Jennette has been backing a long running campaign to see Lea Bridge Station re-opened increasing the connectivity for the area between Tottenham and Stratford. Good news about a re-opening may be on the horizon.


Waltham Forest and Hackney Boroughs are examining the possibility that the station may be reopened as early as March 2014. Jennette has argued strongly for the station's re-opening emphasising the economic benefit the reopened station would bring to the area. Watch here for more news as the plans develop.
