  • Monday 22 April Speaking in a debate on the Financial Services Bill about the #savebianca amendment. See below for details. 
  • Thursday 24 April Holding one of my regular appointment only surgeries and ITV to discuss coverage of domestic violence in the media. 
  • Friday 25 April Holding one of my regular appointment only surgeries and meeting with local campaigners on gang crime. 
  • Saturday 26 April Holding a drop-in surgery at the Mall, Selbourne Walk between noon and 2pm.

  • Saturday 14 April signing up some of the ‘missing millions’ to the electoral register in Walthamstow Town Square, before meeting residents on their doorsteps ahead of the London Mayoral election. Details below. 
  • Tuesday 17 April participating in the next meeting of Labour’s Youth Commission.
  • Wednesday  18 April welcoming the Mayor for Young London young leaders to Parliament for a final planning session before the big event on 21 April.

On Saturday 14 April 2012 between 11am and 2pm I will be running a stall in Walthamstow Town Square along with Hope not Hate to promote voter registration. Please encourage local residents to attend this stall during this time to register, and if you can come yourself to help encourage people to register, especially if you can speak languages other than English, please do let me know.

"Stella Creasy is possibly best known to date for being shooed away from a members-only lift in the House of Commons by a Tory minister who refused to believe that this "blonde woman" could be an MP because she looked "too young". His confusion strikes me as rather surprising when we meet for, at 34, Creasy could hardly be mistaken for a schoolgirl, and everything about her manner – brisk, focused, articulate, forthright – suggests a very capable, very busy young politician. . . "
