“Walthamstow is improving by the day” - The Evening Standard

“Walthamstow is improving by the day,” says resident Lauren McCrory. “Now I’ve heard that house viewings are very competitive.” Indeed, some report seeing queues around the block to see each new house on the market. “We’ve got Stella Creasy as our MP, which is cool because she’s good on women and campaigning about payday loans,” adds McCrory, “and there’s so much food and art. There’s The Village, which is like a little part of the countryside. And then, if you don’t want to feel like you’re living in a glossy magazine, go up near the Tube for old, vibrant Walthamstow, with pubs and the best market ever.”
